By accessing or using the Angage Extension Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the marketplace.

2. Use of the Marketplace

The Angage Extension Marketplace provides a platform for discovering, installing, and managing extensions for the Angage ERP system. You agree to:

  • Use the marketplace only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform
  • Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations

3. Extensions and Subscriptions

Extensions available on the marketplace may be free or require a paid subscription. Paid extensions are billed through your Angage subscription. Refund policies and billing terms are governed by the specific extension pricing plan and your Angage subscription agreement.

4. Developer Obligations

Developers who submit extensions to the marketplace must comply with our Developer Guidelines, ensure their extensions do not infringe on third-party intellectual property, and maintain the security and quality of their submissions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Angage Marketplace platform and its original content are owned by Angage and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Extension developers retain ownership of their extensions, subject to the licence granted to distribute through the marketplace.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Angage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the marketplace or any extensions installed through it.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
